Visiting Aircraft
We welcome visiting aircraft and aim to make your arrival as smooth as possible. Please review the information below before planning your visit.
Prior Permission Required (PPR)
All visiting aircraft must obtain Prior Permission Required (PPR) before arrival.
- Pilots must call through to the Radio Room to request PPR.
- Helicopters must call or email Reception in advance.
- Out of Hours bookings must be arranged and paid for in advance.
Failure to obtain PPR may result in delays on arrival.
Arrival & Payment Procedures
Helicopters
- Must contact Reception prior to arrival.
- Landing fees and fuel (if required) must be paid in advance or on arrival as arranged.
Fixed Wing Aircraft
- Pilots must report to Reception immediately after arrival.
- Landing fees and fuel (if required) must be paid at Reception.
- All pilots must sign in and out at Reception.
Out of Hours Operations
Out of Hours operations are available by prior arrangement only.
To ensure appropriate cover:
- Movements must be pre-booked.
- Payment must be made in advance.
- Fire Crew cover will be arranged as required.
Fire Crew Cover: £75 + VAT per hour (£90.00 total per hour)
